1. English proficiency is required!

To take this course, you need an English ability that allows you to understand daily conversations in English!

The textbooks, videos (with English subtitles), and community content are all explained in English.

Also, in the Japanese practice on Google Meet, while conversation practice is mainly in Japanese, explanations are given in English. Therefore, if you don't have an English ability that allows you to understand daily conversations, you may not be fully satisfied with this course.

2. About the Guarantee of Results

This course aims to bring you from a complete beginner or beginner in Japanese to a level where you can engage in simple daily conversations, through the four learning pillars.

However, since results may vary among individuals, outcomes are not necessarily guaranteed.

Learn at your own pace through step-by-step video lessons and textbooks. Aim for at least 3–4 hours of study per week to prepare for active participation in live sessions.

3. Live Sessions (Twice a Week, 1h Each)
Join two weekly Google Meet sessions to practice conversation and pronunciation with me.
In these live sessions, you'll actively apply what you've learned from the textbooks and videos.

This course is designed specifically for complete beginners and beginners in Japanese. Each lesson is carefully structured to help you build Japanese skills from the basics. Plus, I personally track your progress and provide advice tailored to your learning pace. You can ask questions at any time during your studies, so even complete beginners can feel confident and supported throughout the course. So, don’t worry at all!
Can you tell me about the support system for this course?
I (Shotaro) personally handle all aspects of the course, including managing your progress, providing tailored advice, and leading conversation practice sessions.

While I primarily respond to all questions myself, as this is my first time welcoming students, please understand that if the volume of questions becomes too high, additional support staff may assist in responding to inquiries and supporting students as needed.
What should I do if I can't attend the conversational practice sessions?
After enrolling in the course, I will conduct a survey within the Discord community to find the best date and time for everyone’s schedule. I plan to arrange practice sessions in groups of three, based on availability.
I will do my best to adjust the schedule to accommodate everyone’s needs as much as possible.
What happens after the course period ends?
